The ideal candidate has practical experience usingPhoton ,Unity Netcode , or other networking frameworks to bring connected gameplay to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintainmultiplayer featuresincluding player connections, lobby systems, and synchronized interactions. IntegratePhoton (PUN / Fusion)or similar frameworks into Unity projects. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implementgameplay logic ,matchmaking , anddata sync . Optimize gameplay fornetwork stability and performanceacross platforms. Debug and profilenetwork traffic, latency issues , andstate replication . Maintainclean, modular, and scalable C# codebases . Required Skills & Experience 3–8 yearsof professional experience with Unity (C#). Strong understanding ofmultiplayer networking concepts : Room/lobby management, data serialization, and RPCs. State synchronization, authority models, and lag mitigation. Prior hands-on experience withPhoton ,Mirror , orUnity Netcode(MLAPI). Familiarity withUnity UI, animation, physics, and scene management . Experience withsource control (Git)andteam-based workflows . Nice to Have Exposure toPlayFab ,Relay Services , ordedicated server hosting . Experience building forVR/AR platforms . Interest inAI-assisted gameplay systemsorprocedural logic .
