Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Internal Marketing Communication Executive / Manager to drive engagement, foster company culture, and ensure effective communication across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in internal marketing, with a proven ability to craft and execute strategies that enhance employee experience, align teams with company objectives, and reinforce our brand values.


Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage leadership communications and organizational updates.


Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, internet, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with various teams (HR, Leadership, PR and Departments) to gather insights and craft content that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage content calendars for consistent and timely delivery of internal campaigns.
  • Draft and edit copy for internal events, announcements, and organizational updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company’s tone of voice.
  • Produce multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and presentations, to support internal initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve employee communication.


Employee Engagement and Culture Building:

  • Plan and execute initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Work with HR and L&D teams to plan and organize activities / events such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and cultural celebrations.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and drive improvements.


Campaigns and Branding:

  • Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns to drive awareness of key initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote learning, development, and wellness programs.
  • Plan and execute region-specific events and webinars, ensuring they cater to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Business Unit heads, and global marketing counterparts to ensure geo-specific strategies align with organisational goals.
  • Lead both internal and external marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with LS Digital’s broader brand strategy.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BU, Group Companies, Sales, HR, PR and Operations, to ensure alignment of internal campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for timely execution of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, feedback, and insights across teams to improve project outcomes.


Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations on various marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, department heads, and other internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align communication strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure transparency by providing regular reports and feedback on campaign performance, timelines, and deliverables.


Measurement and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on engagement metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any stream. Additional advantage if from Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal marketing, employee engagement, or internal communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for internal communication (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
