Must : CRM Dynamics 365 UI Development, .NET, SQLGood to Have : Financial Domain experience Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using modern web technologies.- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with .NET-based applications and SQL databases.- Optimize UI performance and ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, code reviews, and testing cycles.- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and bugs in CRM environments. Required : - Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM UI Development.- Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core for backend integration and custom plugin development.- Solid understanding of SQL Server for data modeling, queries, and stored procedures.- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and client-side scripting within Dynamics 365.- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. Good to Have :- Prior experience in the Financial Services domain, including banking, insurance, or fintech.- Understanding of financial workflows, compliance standards, and data security practices.
