We're looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead – Remote Recruiter to lead and grow our recruitment team from anywhere in India.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries. - Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities. - Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth. - Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support. - Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. - Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT). - Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.Requirements:- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role. - Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management. - Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors. - Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and sourcing strategies. - Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
