We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compositor with extensive experience in live-action projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in seamlessly integrating various elements such as CGI, matte paintings, and live-action footage to create stunning visual effects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can deliver high-quality compositing work and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly integrate live-action footage with CGI, matte paintings, and other elements to create cohesive final images.
- Perform tasks including keying, color correction, tracking, rotoscoping, and clean-up.
- Collaborate closely with VFX Supervisors, Lighting Artists, and other team members to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and artistic issues related to compositing.
- Optimize compositing workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all compositing work meets the artistic and technical standards required for the project.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior compositors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in compositing technology and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Compositor for 10+ years in a professional studio environment, specifically with live-action projects.
- Mastery in compositing software such as Nuke.
- Strong understanding of color theory, visual effects, and the overall compositing pipeline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender) is a plus.
- Knowledge of rendering engines and shading techniques.
- Understanding of film production and post-production processes.
- Strong artistic eye and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various departments.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality compositing work on live-action projects.
