The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MIS reporting, audit processes, and SAP FICO, with the ability to drive financial insights and process improvements within the manufacturing Prepare and analyze MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial summaries for business review.- Perform sales reconciliation, variance analysis, and margin tracking.- Manage inventory valuation, movement tracking, and obsolescence analysis.- Support in internal, statutory, and group audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely closure of financial statements.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor key financial and operational KPIs.- Contribute to the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and budgets.- Handle warranty provisions, costing accuracy, and expense analysis.- Utilize SAP FICO for transaction analysis, reporting, and data validation.- Support the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards related to finance and compliance.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial reporting.Skillsets & Competencies:- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO and MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).- Proficiency in MIS reporting, cost accounting, and reconciliations.- Understanding of manufacturing processes and costing structure.- Knowledge of auditing practices, internal controls, and compliance.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards preferred.Educational Qualification:CMA / CA (Qualified or Semi-qualified) with relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial finance.
