Qualifications:

- Qualified lawyer with 2 to 3 years of legal experience.

- Candidate with corporate secretarial experience will be Supporting business teams on drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalizing commercial / business contracts with vendors, clients and other parties such as MSA, MOU, NDA, work & purchase orders, sales and purchase contracts, marketing contracts, legal notices, IT/Software/IP contracts, RFPs etc.

- Ensuring risk assessment and mitigation in line with safeguarding organization's interest while executing contracts.

- Drive implementation of contract management system and other legal tools across business functions and units and assist peers in standardization of contracts.

- Manage corporate secretarial activities, ensuring strict compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 & Rules.

- Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, HR practices and other relevant applicable compliance.

- Assistance in ensuring compliance to applicable laws. This may involve developing compliance procedures, conducting internal audits, and providing training to employees on legal and compliance provisions.

- Support to various departments within the organization with legal assistance and advice. This could include advising on matters relating to HR or employment law issues, intellectual property matters, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues that may arise in the course of business operations.
