In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to build and enhanceend-to-end computer vision systemsused in real manufacturing environments.Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, fromdata collection and preprocessing , tomodel fine-tuning and optimization , and finallydeploying models as production-ready applicationson edge or cloud platforms. This role goes beyond algorithm development; you will gain hands-on experience in creatingcomplete, real-world AI solutions , including system integration, performance evaluation, and deployment workflows.Qualifications Strong programming fundamentals , especially in Python; knowledge of C/C++ is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of OOP principles , modularity, extensibility, and writing clean, scalable code. Strong problem-solving ability (“vibe coding”)— able to break down problems, define system design, and deliver small, well-structured software components. Foundational knowledge of Computer Vision and Deep Learning , including CNN fundamentals and hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, and tracking using models such asYOLO, RF-DETR , and classical tracking algorithms. Basic understanding of transformer-based vision models , including Vision Transformers (ViT), attention mechanisms, and familiarity with models likeCLIPorDINO . Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle , Git/GitHub workflows, and contributing to open-source projects (participation in competitions is a plus).
