Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative 2D Designer to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering 2D visualizations for event environments and graphics. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize Event Designs
- Visualize and develop creative concepts for the overall event environment based on client briefs, logos, and brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the event team to bring the client's vision to life.
2D Renderings and Visualizations
- Create high-quality 2D graphic renderings and visualizations for event layouts, backdrops, stage designs, branding elements, and other event-related collateral.
Asset Management
- Maintain organized files for all creative assets, including software resources, fonts, and art materials, for record-keeping and future reference.
Design Problem-Solving
- Develop multiple design solutions to meet the client’s vision, especially under strict parameters or budget constraints.
- Adapt and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Collaborative Execution
- Work closely with 3D designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure cohesive and impactful event designs.
- Provide support for other creative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the event.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-6 years of experience working within an event/experiential agency, design firm, ad agency, or similar creative team environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of logo design, branding, typography, and color theory.
- Extreme attention to detail, with excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs effectively.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote), with a 3-month probation period.
Location: Remote
Pay: As per industry standards
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will receive a brief for evaluation in the final round.
