Procurement Manager – Brand, TV Production, and Media Buying

Experience-5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for brand-related materials, TV production requirements, and media buying.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization's marketing and brand objectives while optimizing cost efficiency.

2. Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, agencies, and production houses.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables and long term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews based on service quality, cost, and compliance.

3. TV Production Procurement:

  • Source and manage production requirements, including talent, crew, equipment, and post-production services.
  • Negotiate contracts for TV commercials and content production to ensure budget adherence without compromising quality.

4. Media Buying:

  • Oversee the procurement of media space, including TV, digital platforms, print, and outdoor media.
  • Collaborate with media planners and buyers to secure the best value for advertising spend.
  • Ensure that media plans are executed effectively, meeting target reach and frequency goals.

5. Brand Materials Procurement:

  • Manage the sourcing of branding materials such as promotional items, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while achieving cost efficiencies.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Develop and manage budgets for procurement activities in collaboration with the finance and marketing teams.
  • Monitor spending to ensure procurement is within budget and explore cost-saving opportunities.

7. Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors and agencies.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.

8. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends in TV production, media buying, and brand material procurement.
  • Benchmark industry best practices to enhance procurement efficiency.

9. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor management metrics
