Position Summary: As an Audit Industry CHAMP AM/ TL, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities:- Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.- Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.- Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.- Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.- Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging CA & CPA are preferred.- 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit.- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles.- Experience with CHAMP industries is a plus.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.Why CohnReznick?- Certified Great Place to Work and one of Newsweek's Most Loved Workplaces.- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.- Opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and work-life balance.- Access to cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading methodologies.
