The business is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase and as such is seeking a self-motivated, determined, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team in our Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for timelines, resources, budget, and milestones in manufacturing processes.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage factories, materials, and services for smooth production.
  • Quality Control: Implement measures ensuring the final product meets established standards.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, P&L, and ensure cost adherence.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks, develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Production Scheduling: Create schedules for timely product manufacturing and delivery.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments for seamless communication throughout manufacturing.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues during production effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost-saving measures.
  • Communication: Keep managers informed about project progress, potential delays, and relevant updates. Ensure services meet high standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure manufacturing follows industry regulations, ethical standards, and sustainability practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all aspects of the project, including budgets, timelines, and quality control measures. Manage client Google Drive and CRM system. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe software.
  • Final Product Inspection: Oversee the final inspection of products to meet desired quality standards.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Post-Production Analysis: Conduct evaluations, gather insights for future projects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and Innovation: Research and incorporate new ideas and innovations into the project and development process.
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Provide support on miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors or team members.
