Key Responsibilities:
Credit Assessment & Underwriting:
- Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and ensure all credit assessments align with established credit principles of the Company and NBFCs guidelines.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk profiling, and prepare underwriting reports for decision-making.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new NBFCs partners to expand credit offerings.
- Act as a liaison between Officebanao and NBFC partners for seamless credit operations.
- Process exception approvals for customers who fall outside standard credit parameters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and NBFC partners to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Recommend updates to credit policies based on market trends and partner inputs.
Desired Profile Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in credit assessment, underwriting, or a similar role in an NBFC or financial institution.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
