Make a difference every dayJob Description Your Role This is a dynamic and collaborative role where you will be actively involved in campaigns that showcase the impact of the Hyderabad GCC in line with Invesco's global vision, strategy, and goals. Your work will include: Support employee engagement campaigns and talent acquisition initiatives Create content for internal channels and social media Support communications related to organizational change and leadership messaging This role reports to the Director of Communications, Hyderabad. The scope of this role may evolve with the strategic focus of the organization. Your Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration:Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate communications in Hyderabad, collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver initiatives aligned with business goals and consistent messaging. Content Development:Create compelling content across formats-articles, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, infographics, and speaker notes-aligned with brand guidelines. Publish content via internal channels (intranet, social media, especially LinkedIn) and external platforms as needed. Campaign & Event Execution - Source business and people stories to support content and campaign development. - Contribute ideas to improve campaign design and impact. - Support strategies that drive engagement and talent acquisition. - Coordinate with vendors and agencies for smooth event and campaign execution. Governance & Review:Manage the content review process in collaboration with internal teams, Corporate Communications, and Legal & Compliance. Knowledge Management:Maintain a searchable archive of communications materials (e.g., SharePoint) and support teams in leveraging these assets for business needs. The experience you bring: 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Communications; internal communications experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media, especially LinkedIn; up to date with current trends. Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Viva Engage, along with working knowledge of video editing tools like Clipchamp and basic design platforms, is a strong advantage. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Quick learner with intellectual agility and attention to detail. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and positive, with a passion for connecting people through impactful communication. Eager to learn and grow professionally. Familiar with the Hyderabad market, with a global perspective. Able to thrive in a multicultural, global environment.
