Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and customer acquisition targets for the zone.
- Implement B2C sales strategies aligned with market insights and competitor analysis.
- Ensure consistent growth in market share and sales conversions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Managers and Field Executives.
- Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive accountability.
- Design and deliver training programs to boost team performance.
- Manage the complete zonal P&L and ensure profitability.
- Monitor sales budgets, optimize resources, and control operational costs.
- Drive efficiency for maximum ROI on all sales initiatives.
- Streamline field processes and enforce SOPs to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Track and analyze key sales/ops metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams to align zonal goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in field sales, revenue ownership, and people management.
- Sound knowledge of P&L, market dynamics, and strategic execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales performance platforms.
