Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic member to join our bidding team in Business Development group and help us expand our clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective bidding strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Experience: 4 - 8 You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales though online bidding, for our services, from prospecting to closure.
- Bid effectively to create a work pipeline.
- Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
- Work closely with the managers and team to meet the targets.
- Building a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed.
- Interacting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of project to ensure client retention.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- A university graduate; Masters (Computers / Business) is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer & other online job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Ideal candidate should have strong analytical mindset, self-motivated and disciplined.
