Senior DevOps EngineerLocation: [Pune or Jaipur] [Work from Office] Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role We are looking for an experiencedDevOps Engineerto design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, automation, containerization, monitoring, and security. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. Manageinfrastructure as code (IaC)with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications incloud environments(AWS / Azure / GCP). Implement and managecontainerization and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Ensure system reliability, scalability, and high availability. Monitor performance usinglogging/monitoring tools(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch). ImplementDevSecOps practices– security scanning, vulnerability management, secrets management. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth software delivery. Drive best practices in automation, cloud governance, cost optimization, and incident management. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of strong DevOps/SRE experience. Hands-on expertise inone or more cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid knowledge ofCI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Proficiency withIaC tools : Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Strong background inLinux/Unix administrationand shell scripting. Hands-on withcontainers & orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift. Experience withmonitoring/logging tools : Prometheus, ELK/EFK stack, Grafana, Splunk. Knowledge ofnetworking concepts, load balancing, firewalls, DNS, SSL/TLS . Familiarity withsecurity practices(SAST, DAST, vulnerability management). Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Bash, Go, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP DevOps. Experience withmicroservices architectureandservice mesh (Istio, Linkerd) . Exposure tohybrid cloud / multi-cloud environments . Knowledge ofFinOps/ cost optimization best practices. Prior experience leading small teams or mentoring juniors.Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. Ownership mindset with focus on automation and efficiency. Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
