The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of leading teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions us.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product owners, to define project goals and deliverables.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and the internal team.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and quality standards.

- Leverage cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

- Track project performance using Jira and report progress to stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve project issues proactively while managing risks effectively.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes productivity and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 5-6 years overall, with at least 3 years of experience leading software development projects on cloud platforms.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Project Management : Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management using Jira.

- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.

- Leadership : Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, manage conflict, and drive project success.

- Certifications : PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in software development or technical roles is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and reporting.

- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.

- Exposure to AI/ML or data science projects on cloud platforms is a plus.
