Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Front End Developer with 45 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end development, be proficient in React.js, Next.js and have experience working with relational databases. Experience in mobile application development and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications using React.js, Next.js- Design and implement APIs and services with secure, scalable backend architecture.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Build responsive UIs and ensure cross-platform compatibility for mobile and web.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.- Diagnose and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues.- Keep up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.Required Skills and Qualification :- 45 years of proven experience as a Front end developer.- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js for front-end development.- Knowledge in mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or similar).- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualification :- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Basic knowledge of security principles and performance optimization.Benefits : - Competitive salary and performance bonuses- Flexible work hours and remote work options- Professional development opportunities- Friendly and inclusive team culture- Health insurance and PFs (ref:hirist.tech)
