Job Summary:

The Vice President- Operations will oversee the execution of large-scale projects within Flipspaces' Large Vertical, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned operations leader with a deep understanding of the construction and real estate industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team in planning, executing, and closing projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges
  • Utilize technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to align operational initiatives with long-term growth objectives


Qualifications:

  • MBA/Engineering or equivalent degree from top-tier institutions (e.g., IIMs, ISB, IITs, NITs and top-tier institutions)
  • 12-15 years of experience in operations management, particularly in real estate or construction
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership, project management, and risk management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
