Indirect taxation Manager - Role Description


This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Chennai. The Indirect taxation Manager will be responsible for Overseeing the daily operations, Ensuring compliance with applicable indirect tax laws, rules, and regulations, Managing all aspects of indirect taxes, including GST, VAT, customs, and excise duties, Conducting periodic reviews of indirect tax (GST) returns, reconciliations, and reports, Assisting and advising clients in Indirect taxes related matters, Providing guidance to other departments on indirect tax matters, Representing the clients in tax assessments, appeals, and other related matters, Collaborating with external tax advisors, Tax departments,, Staying up-to-date with changes in indirect tax laws and regulations, Providing training to other staff members on indirect tax matters. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency, productivity, and profitability.


Qualifications


A Chartered Accountant minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in Audit Firm or Industry

> In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices

> Hands on experience in GST refund filings and handling GST related compliance in relation to export & import.

> Adequate knowledge of the Act to prepare reply to various notices raised by GST department.

> Candidate with immediate joining or with lesser notice period.

> Candidate must be open to travel both domestic and international

> Candidate must be open to work at client places if required for some short durations.


Management Consultancy Manager - Role Description


This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Chennai. The Consultancy Manager will be responsible for Managing Accounts receivable and accounts payable, Providing financial advice and support to clients, Prepare Monthly Management Information System Reports, Analyse financial data and provide recommendations for improvement, Monthly monitoring & review of performance against budgets, Assistance in formulating Cash flow budgets, Analysis of Variance & cash flow inconsistencies, Ensure that accounting records are accurate and up-to-date, Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, Coordination with Statutory auditors for the year end audit. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency, productivity, and profitability.


Qualifications


A Chartered Accountant minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in Audit Firm or Industry
