About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Product Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong product mindset combined with experience working on cloud-native platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for leading product strategy, defining and managing roadmaps, driving agile delivery with engineering teams, and ensuring technical and compliance standards are Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsEngineering, DevOps, Design, QA, and Complianceto deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.

- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product execution using tools like JIRA.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements on GCP-based infrastructure.

- Prioritize features and technical debt while balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.

- Drive implementation and adoption of DevSecOps practices using tools like Cycode, Checkmarx, Fossa.

- Monitor and optimize system health and performance using observability tools like Dynatrace.

- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, define KPIs, and measure product success.

- Maintain compliance, security, and cloud governance standards across the product lifecycle.

- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring clarity and transparency at every Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related tools like Cloud Run, BigQuery, Terraform, Airflow.

- Familiarity with Python, Angular, and modern CI/CD practices.

- Proficient in using JIRA for agile product lifecycle management.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing technical products from conception to launch, including support and scaling to Have :

- Exposure to LLMs, machine learning, or AI/ML product integrations.

- Prior experience working with third-party code analysis or license compliance tools.

- Certifications in Product Management or GCP Cloud (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Product School credentials).
