Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly accomplished Java AWS Cloud Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade, cloud-native solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, AWS services, Kubernetes, and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

This role will be pivotal in shaping technology strategy, defining architectural blueprints, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance systems for large-scale enterprise projects.

You will also be responsible for leading architecture governance, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Architecture Leadership :

- Define, document, and maintain architectural blueprints aligned with TOGAF principles and industry best practices to guide enterprise application development.

Microservices Design & Development :

- Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, ensuring modularity, reusability, and ease of maintenance.

AWS Cloud Architecture :

- Design AWS-based solutions leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.

- Apply cloud architecture patterns for security, cost optimization, and & Orchestration :

- Architect and deploy Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads, integrating with Docker and ensuring high availability and resilience.

DevOps Integration :

- Define CI/CD strategies, work closely with DevOps teams to enable automated builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning using AWS-native tools and third-party solutions.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship :

- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and guiding the adoption of modern cloud-native and microservices best practices.

Documentation & Governance :

- Maintain detailed architecture documentation, API specifications, deployment guides, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture governance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with business analysts, product managers, and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Skills & Requirements :

Core Technical Expertise :

- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in enterprise application architecture.

- Mastery in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.

- Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS.

Cloud & DevOps Skills :

- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.

- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and security best practices.

Front-End Skills :

- Experience with Angular or equivalent modern front-end frameworks for building integrated enterprise applications.

Architecture & Certification :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Mandatory).

- TOGAF certification is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and deadlines
