We are looking for an experienced Game Support Specialist with prior experience in player/customer support. He/she will be the point of contact for the players ensuring smooth gaming experience.Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and effective support to players via email or any other medium and solve the issues/queries. - Be responsible to deliver player feedback and bugs reported by players to our game teams and support them to provide solutions. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to minimal response time. - Setup processes and create & maintain FAQs. - Gather player feedback and share insights with the product and design teams.Required:- Exp: 0-2 years in customer support (game industry experience preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools. - Passion for gaming.
