Roles & Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical needs, and user feedback.

- Participate in discovery sessions and define scalable technical solutions.

- Support project teams with day-to-day tactical planning and execution.

- Provide expert guidance on integration architecture and best practices.

- Assist in customer change management and enablement throughout the implementation Skills :

- Strong experience in technical solution design, architecture, and client-facing delivery.

- Hands-on experience with Web Services and REST API integrations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of tools like Jira/Confluence.

- Proven ability in gathering and managing business/technical to Have :

- Familiarity with platforms like DocuSign, Conga, or other document/e-signature tools.

- Exposure to Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, REST API).

- Experience with enterprise applications like Workday, Apttus, SAP Ariba.

- Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, Java, architecture frameworks, and design patterns.
