Position: Engineer – Façade DetailingLocation: Kochi/BangaloreExperience: 4+ yearsKey Responsibilities- Prepare and review façade shop drawings (curtain walls, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.) - Coordinate with Senior Engineer, project managers, architects, and structural consultants to resolve design issues - Lead a small team of junior engineers/drafters when required - Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, accuracy, and quality standards - Manage drawing revisions, RFIs, and technical documentation efficiently - Ensure quality and timely delivery of drawings - Contribute to design optimization and fabrication feasibility reviewsEligibility- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Structural Engineering - Minimum 4+ years of experience in façade detailing with proven AutoCAD expertise - Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Skills- Sound knowledge of various façade systems (unitized, stick, ACP cladding, glazing, etc.) - Experience in handling international façade detailing projects - Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit) & Inventor will be an added advantage
