Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for a Company Secretary.- The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with regulatory authorities.- The role also includes ensuring adherence to legal and statutory requirements, providing administrative support to the board, and managing investor relations.- Compliance Management To prepare and submit filings with regulatory authorities, including ROC, FEMA, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc. Qualifications:- Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance skills.- Listed Experience, and maintaining statutory records, LODR Filings.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).- Experience: We need 2 -4 years experience preferably in Listed companies/PCS Firm.
