Role Overview:

The Associate Dean, Ranking & Rating will play a pivotal role in elevating the university's global standing and reputation. You will lead initiatives to enhance our rankings in national and international surveys, working closely with academic and administrative teams to attract top-tier faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to improve national and international rankings in alignment with the university’s vision
• Conduct in-depth analysis of ranking methodologies and identify opportunities for institutional improvement.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of required data and documents for various rankings and surveys.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance research output, publications, and citations.
• Monitor and analyze the university's performance in rankings and reputation indices.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the university's brand visibility and academic reputation, including partnerships, academic conferences, and media outreach.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Management, Computer Science, Quality Benchmarking, or any other allied subjects.
• Proven track record in academic leadership and administration, preferably with 15-20 years of experience in Education / Academia. Industry experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years in a faculty position at the rank of Professor or equivalent academic leadership role.
• Strong understanding of national and international ranking frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading institutional research and accreditation processes
• A strong network of academic and industry leaders
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
