Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CXO/CEO.
  • Manage and prioritize the CXO/CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Efficiently handle calendar management, ensuring optimal time management for the CXO/CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CXO/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the CXO/CEO and the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Location:

  • Bangalore (Work from office, 5 days a week)
