Your day will involve collaborating with teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions across multiple teams.Key Responsibilities :- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress- Stay updated on industry trends and technologiesSkills Required :- Must Have Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites- Good Have Skills : Experience with Java Enterprise Edition- Strong understanding of content management systems- Experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applicationsQualifications & Experience :- Any graduate- 8 to 12 years of experience (ref:hirist.tech)
