Lead Full Stack Developer

Description : Job Title : Lead Full Stack + Java React DeveloperLocation : HyderabadExperience : 7+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-timeKey Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).- Architect, design, and implement robust solutions with focus on performance, scalability, and security.- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices and code quality standards are followed.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver business outcomes.- Perform code reviews, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges.- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with third-party systems.- Ensure applications meet compliance, performance, and security benchmarks.Required Skills :- Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and React.js (v18/v19).- Experience with full stack development, including databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.- Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Redux Saga/Thunk).- Good knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.- Proven leadership experience with mentoring and team management.- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience in leading complex enterprise-level projects.
