 * Data Ingestion and Transformation: Develop data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory to extract data from various sources and transform it into a suitable format for analysis.

 * Data Lake Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize data storage and retrieval performance on Azure Data Lake.

 * ML Model Development and Deployment: Create and train ML models using Azure Databricks or other compatible tools, and deploy them to Azure Machine Learning or other suitable environments.

 * Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance policies and security measures to protect sensitive data on Azure Data Lake.

 * Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and ML models on Azure Data Lake.

 * Integration with Other Azure Services: Integrate the data analysis platform with other Azure services (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Event Hubs) as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

 * Strong proficiency in Azure Data Lake services (Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics)

 * Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
