Engage in proactive talent sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in US IT recruitment. Strong sourcing skills using various channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
