Description : We're hiring for one of the world's leading professional services firms, renowned for its commitment to innovation, excellence, and global impact.With a presence in over 150 countries, this organization provides services across consulting, audit, tax, risk advisory, and financial advisory - helping Fortune 500 companies and governments navigate complex challenges.Job Title : Full Stack Developer (FSD) React.js.Employment Type : Full-Time Employee (FTE).Location : PAN India.Experience : 6+ years.About the Role : We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in React.js and backend technologies to join our team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, API development, and working with messaging systems like Kafka.You will be responsible for building scalable, efficient, and robust applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.- Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging integration.- Manage and interact with databases including MongoDB and relational databases.- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.Must-Have Qualifications : - 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development.- Strong expertise in React.js (mandatory).- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.- Experience with Kafka messaging systems.- Hands-on experience with databases including MongoDB.- Familiarity with Jenkins for build and deployment automation.- Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms is a plus.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.What We Offer : - Competitive salary range based on experience.- Flexible work location across PAN India.- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.- Supportive team culture with growth and learning opportunities.
