Stader aims to be the distribution layer of staking while building protocols and products which enhance the security, decentralization, liquidity, governance of some of the major DPoS blockchain networks like Ethereum, Polygon and Solana.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Solana Developer to join our team. As a Solana Developer, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing decentralized applications (dApps) on the Solana blockchain. You will work closely with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to create efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
- Design and build scalable and high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) using Rust and/or Solana Web3.js.
- Write clean, modular, and efficient code for interacting with Solana programs.
- Optimize transaction throughput and reduce costs on Solana through effective programming.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest Solana and blockchain technologies to continually improve the development process.
- Debug and troubleshoot blockchain-related issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in blockchain development.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Solana.
- Proficiency in Rust programming language.
- Strong understanding of Solana blockchain architecture and ecosystem.
- Experience with Solana development tools such as Anchor, Solana CLI, and Solana Web3.js.
- Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment on Solana.
- Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Familiarity with cryptography, distributed systems, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred:
- Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
- Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Polkadot.
- Understanding of token standards, especially SPL tokens.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Knowledge of C, C++, or other low-level programming languages.
