JSP exports its diversified product portfolio to 22+ countries.About the Role: Strategic Planning Total Quality Management Leadership Skills Decision Making Critical ThinkingSkills & Responsibilities: Technical & Engineering Skills Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic systems. Heavy machinery, Process plant equipment Conveyors, crushers, pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, etc. Knowledge of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and asset life-cycle management. Maintenance Strategy & Planning Preventive & predictive maintenance, Shutdown/turnaround planning Condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce repeated failures. Capacity planning, spare parts forecasting, and resource allocation. Handling new installations, plant upgrades, retrofitting, and commissioning. Coordinating with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Qualifications Required :B. in Engineering /B. in Tech./Diploma in Mechanical/ Mineral Processing / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering
