Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and other design elements for various media, including websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Communication Design: Develop and design communication materials such as brochures, newsletters, infographics, and email templates that clearly convey complex ideas in a visually engaging manner.
  • User-Centric Design: Understand user experience principles and apply them to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Typography and Layout: Use typography, color, and layout effectively to create a strong visual hierarchy and ensure readability and aesthetic appeal in all designs.
  • Creative Campaigns: Assist in the development of visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.
  • Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas to stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Receive feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in visual and communication design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly to non-designers.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • User-Centered Design: Understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them in your work.
