Job Role : Lead Data Scientist

Experience : 5-7 yrs.

Location : Bangalore (Currently remote)

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making within the organization. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modelling will enable you to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and guide strategic business decisions.

With us you will :

1. Craft innovative solutions

2. Develop advanced mathematic models, algorithms & OR technique

3. Perform predictive & prescriptive analysis and influence the business users

4. You will act as a primary evangelist for the power of data, predictive & prescriptive analysis, optimization & simulation

5. You will involve in data understanding and data preparation activities

6. You will follow Agile Methodology with CRISP-DM process

7. Ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance of models and solutions

Apply if you have :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/Research degree in a quantitative degree (Stat, OR, Decisions Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, etc)

- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Data Science, Operations Research, NLP/AI, or a similar field

- Strong technical & analytical skill (Python OR R, SQL, predictive modeling, NLP/AI, Cloud, Generative AI, MLops, AIops etc)

- Data Preparation knowledge with SQL is required

- Knowledge of Business intelligence and data visualization solutions

- Experience in model deployment & operation using CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Demonstrated success in the scaled application of analytics

- Proven track record of leading and managing data science projects.

- Have experience in any of the domain like BFSI, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Forecasting, Retail/CPG/E-commerce, Healthcare etc.

- Excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably across the product team and Customers

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
