Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team on a part-time basis. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in building proposal responses specifically on the Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities:


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.

· Analyze RFP requirements and develop customized proposal outlines and templates.

· Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs and objectives.

· Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details and solution offerings into proposals.

· Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely submission.

· Review and refine proposal drafts based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.

· Maintain a repository of proposal content and templates for future use and reference.


Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field.

· 8 to 12 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the IT consulting or technology industry.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in building proposal responses on the Salesforce platform.

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with proposal management tools and software.
