Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves ensuring corporate governance and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The officer will be responsible for drafting and managing board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other secretarial documents. Additionally, the role includes liaising with regulatory authorities, maintaining statutory registers, and supporting the legal department with compliance-related activities.

Qualifications

. CS with legal background preferably having LLB

  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance
  • Ability to draft and manage board resolutions and secretarial documents
  • Experience liaising with regulatory authorities and maintaining statutory registers
  • Familiarity with legal compliance in the financial sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
