With marquee clients across beauty, tech, lifestyle, and luxury, we create powerful stories that bridge brands and culture through creators.We’re now looking for a dynamic Business Head to set up and scale our Southeast Asia business — focusing on markets like Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & Strategy:- Lead Barcode’s entry into Southeast Asia, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models tailored for each local market.Business Development:- Build relationships with global and regional brands, agencies, and creator networks to drive influencer marketing mandates.P&L Ownership:- Set up operations, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets across key SEA countries.Team Leadership:- Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams in sales, strategy, and campaign delivery.Brand Partnerships:- Work closely with marketing heads, CMOs, and agency partners to deliver large-scale influencer campaigns that blend global strategy with local insight.Collaboration with HQ:- Partner with Barcode’s India leadership to replicate success frameworks while customizing for local markets.Ideal Candidate Profile- 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media agency leadership. - Strong network of brands, creators, and media partners across Southeast Asia. - Proven track record of business expansion and revenue growth. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up teams and systems from scratch. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with a multicultural understanding.What We Offer- A leadership opportunity to build Barcode’s SEA business from the ground up. - Global exposure through collaborations with international brands. - Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives. - Entrepreneurial freedom backed by a strong India-based digital ecosystem.
