Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and hands-on Associate Content Creator to join Creddinv’s growing marketing team. This is a full-time role for someone who can create compelling content, design visually appealing creatives, and actively support content production such as podcast shoots, video shoots, and photography – while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Visual Storytelling- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, presentations and basic motion graphics using: - Canva - Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects - FigmaContent Strategy & Ideation- Support in brainstorming and executing creative content strategies. - Translate marketing ideas into compelling visual narratives.AI Tool Utilization- Use AI tools for content ideation, copy enhancement, design support and productivity.Production & On-ground Execution- Actively participate in podcast shoots, video shoots and photography sessions. - Assist with pre-production planning, shoot coordination and basic production support. - Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth content execution.Research & Trends- Stay updated with content, startup, fintech and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.Collaboration- Work closely with marketing, design and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and quality.QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or related field preferred. - 1–2 years of experience in content creation, graphic designing and video editing roles.Core Skills- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (mandatory). - Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and design workflows. - Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Personal Attributes- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail - Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamBenefits- Competitive salary - Opportunities for professional growth and upskilling - Exposure to startup ecosystems and investment-focused content - Dynamic, collaborative and inclusive work cultureIf you’re passionate about storytelling, visual creativity and content production, and want to be part of a fast-growing fintech startup ecosystem platform, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now: Send your resume and portfolio to hr@creddinv.in
