We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to safeguard and grow our brand vision while leading day-to-day brand communication across social media, PR, and influencer collaborations.Key Responsibilities ·Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience. ·Understand customer preferences and recommend suitablediamond jewellery pieces . ·Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence. ·Maintain in-depth knowledge oflab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections . ·Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes. ·Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards. ·Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clientele and after-sales service. ·Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines. Requirements: ·Minimum 3 years of experience indiamond jewellery retail sales(lab-grown or natural diamonds). ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). ·Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. ·Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations). ·Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantageTechnical/Behavior Competencies:·Sales & Customer Service Skills ·Communication & Interpersonal Skills ·Personality & Behavioral SkillsQualification :Graduation / HSC from recognized universityLanguage skills :Expertise in English Communication is mandatory.
