Job Summary:

As a Lead , you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Microservices architecture and modern software development practices within our organization.


Job Description:

  • Looking for candidate with 10 to 14 years of experience in IT
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for Microservices environment.
  • Deploying Microservices in cloud or on premises.
  • Maintenance of source code by following proper check-in guidelines.
  • Design and Develop scalable and robust API’s for BFIS domain.
  • Unit test the code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) based prompt and response pair generation and validation
  • Design scalable database schemas for maintaining banking data.
  • Focus on innovating new and better ways to create solutions that add value and amaze the end user, with a penchant for simple elegant design in every aspect from data structures to code to UI and system architecture.
  • Stay up to date on relevant technologies, plug into user groups and understand trends and opportunities that ensure we are using the best techniques and tools.
  • Help create and maintain product documentation.
  • Develops web/mobile application by studying operations; designing, developing, and installing software solutions; supports and develops software team.
  • Develop advanced web/mobile applications for BFIS domain
  • Work with UI/UX designers and peer developers to deliver finished web/mobile application products


Competence Required :

  • Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
  • Strong on Microservices
  • Experience with Web Services (JSON, REST, JAX-RS, Spring based REST services)
  • Strong with Java and J2EE/Java EE (including servlets, JSP, JSF, JDBC)
  • Strong understanding of Java Multithreading
  • Experience working with DB like Mongo, Casandra etc.
