Drive the adoption of Rust best practices within the team.- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Rust applications. Implement robust solutions to prevent future issues.- Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Rust ecosystem and broader software engineering field. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.- Testing and Documentation : Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests for Rust applications. Ensure thorough documentation for code and technical processes.- Project Management : Participate in project planning and management. Ensure timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high standards of quality.Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- At least 2 years of software development experience, with a significant focus on Rust programming.- Profound knowledge of Rust language features, its standard library, and ecosystem.- Experience with systems programming, concurrency, and memory management in Rust.- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Industry : Software DevelopmentEmployment Type : Full-time (ref:hirist.tech)
