Associate Advocate for Corporate Role


Location: Bengali Market, Delhi-110001

We strive to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients while maintaining the highest professional standards. We're looking for an experienced Senior Advocate to lead our team.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This individual will do the drafting and vetting of agreements, oversee corporate legal matters, and ensure rigorous compliance with firm and legal standards. They will be responsible for guiding the firm’s litigation and corporate activities while offering strategic guidance to clients. There may be occasional court visits.


Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Legal Services:

  • Agreement Drafting & Vetting: Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and more for businesses of various sizes.
  • Legal Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence for properties, particularly large land parcels.
  • Advisory Services: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.


Litigation Oversight:

  • Review & Assessment: Evaluate incoming case files to determine their merit and the best legal strategy to obtain relief for clients.
  • Drafting Review: Ensure the accuracy and quality of drafts prepared by litigation team.
  • Legal Notices: Prepare detailed and accurate legal notices following current laws and firm standards.
  • Case Briefings: Conduct thorough briefings and maintain comprehensive records for each case.
