We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate with a strong background in HR operations, statutory compliance, and accounts handling. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Handle accounts related to HR functions, including payroll administration, benefits management, and expense tracking.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and accounts handling.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
