About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and articulate professionals to join our Surety Insurance & Trade Credit team as Consultants, specializing in either Government or Corporate engagement. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with a background in Banking, Finance, or Insurance and expertise in putting "foot in the door" with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Establish, build, and maintain strategic relationships within government (Delhi) or corporate (Mumbai) sectors.
  • Identify, introduce, and initiate potential deal opportunities by leveraging your network and expertise.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate the market and position our firm as a trusted partner in Surety Insurance and Trade Credit services.

Client Consulting & Solution Design

  • Conduct needs assessments and consult clients on Surety and Trade Credit insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that mitigate risk and align with client requirements.
  • Present customized solutions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Market Insight & Expertise

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics impacting Surety and Trade Credit domains.
  • Provide clients with insights, including best practices and risk management strategies, to build their confidence and drive business growth.


Networking & Brand Building

  • Attend industry events and actively participate in forums to strengthen brand presence and expand your professional network.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, negotiations, and discussions, displaying a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in banking, finance, insurance, or a related field with relevant experience in Surety and Trade Credit.
  • Preferred Background: Proven experience in engaging government stakeholders (Delhi) or corporate decision-makers (Mumbai).
  • Skill Set: Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive, articulate communication style; ability to introduce and close deals effectively.


Desired Traits:

  • Networked: Established connections within government (for Delhi role) or corporate circles (for Mumbai role).
  • Articulate: Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex solutions effectively.
  • Initiative-Taker: Ability to proactively identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and secure introductions.


Compensation:

Salary: INR 15-20 Lakhs per annum
