Your RoleReporting into the Director, RPO Operations you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction. As an Associate Director, you will lead the overall service delivery of the recruitment team and work closely with the Director, RPO Operationsto measure KPIs and build strong stakeholder relationships. Being aware of latest trends and sharing knowledge with the wider Allegis Global Solutions RPO community is critical in ensuring we add value to our clients at all times.Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution• Responsible for leadership and strategic direction for successful client delivery.• Typically, manages a team 20 -40 employees on a large account• Oversees design and implementation of a new team for new RPO engagements• Flexibility to travel depending on customer need.• Communicating the process and benefits ofthe solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives and additional service offerings.• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.• Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘AGS Way ‘, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources.• Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include inscope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities.• Developing an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units to include job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and articulated engagement plan perrole type.• Managing relationships with third party service providers, as assigned (recruitment agencies, advertising, background verification, etc.).• Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and managing out of scope service requests and providing support for proposal management where appropriate.• Recruiting, inducting, and training new team members where and when required.• Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set, appropriate development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required.• Managing workload allocation within the teams both onsite and offshore, including volume forecasting, headcount planning, leave management, and utilizing Hub services where appropriate. Your Experience, Qualification & Capability12+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or equivalentStrong interpersonal skills Well-developed leadership skills to manage teamsMotivational and inspirational abilities to help build employee moraleOrganizational skills for maintaining high productivityExcellent communication and active listening skills for all business-related communicationsA high level of experience working in a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager Role, ideally within the RPO environmentConducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conductImplementing development planning initiatives within an agreed framework, linked to business needs and budget.Ability to write and present client-oriented communicationsAbility to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trendsDegree educated or equivalent is highly desirable. Bachelors preferredExperience working with offshore client servicing is preferredAny other duties as required
