Job Description: Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team within the Market Research industry.

This role is pivotal in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles.

As a leader, you will manage and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring the hiring goals are met effectively and efficiently while aligning with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high-performance standards.

- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to the Market Research industry.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including Analysts, Principal Analysts, Senior Associates, BDE/Senior BDE, IT specialists, and more.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.

- Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on compensation structures, market trends, and best practices in the Market Research industry.

- Train, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve professional growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).

- A minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in recruiting for roles within the Market Research industry.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Lever, or Greenhouse.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships across all organizational levels.

- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

- Advanced knowledge of data analytics and its application to optimize recruitment processes.
